Edward has received his engineering degree from The Ukrainian Agricultural University, Kyiv, Ukraine +The Ohio State University, Ohio, USA. and MBA from The International Business Management Institute, Berlin, Germany. He also has graduated with honors from Stratford Institute with a degree in Construction Management.

Edward is the CEO of M+A Inc, and has 35 years of experience in project design and management in the USA and Europe. He also is the Official International Adviser for The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).

Edward Khodorkovsky has spoken many times at international conferences and seminars on modern and sustainable urban development, representing his company and different US organizations and associations.

Edward is a well known collector of modern arts and donor to The Ukrainian Diaspora Museum as well as The National Museum “Kyiv Art gallery”.
